ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Seaside, you will lead by example with your hospitality. You will have a complete overview and responsibility for the guest's overall experience and daily operations. You will also oversee other leaders whom you are going to motivate, inspire, and guide. At the same time, your colleagues should look up to you in the daily operations, as you create a sense of joy and a desire to excel. The Restaurant Manager should be able to rely on you for administrative tasks and brainstorming.
This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in personnel management within the restaurant industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- financial responsibility for the restaurant alongside the rest of the management team
- develop and innovate concepts for Seaside
- time management and scheduling
- interaction with both guests and staff.
- responsibility for enhancing the guest experience and hospitality
- handling feedback from guests
- motivating, guiding, and training staff
- having a comprehensive overview of the day's proceeding

- excel at collaborating with chefs, colleagues, employees, and management
- can work evenings and weekends
- have experience in personnel management
- are skilled at juggling multiple responsibilities
- have a keen sense of excellent service and attention to detail
- thrive in a high-paced work environment
- speak and understand the Nordic languages as well as English
- are persuasive, great at relationship-building, and always smiling
