SALES & FLOOR MANAGER
If providing excellent service and hospitality is in your DNA, and you thrive on customer interaction and building new relationships, we're currently seeking a service-oriented Sales & Floor Manager for Seaside. The role encompasses both operational and administrative tasks, requiring a colleague with strong sales skills. The position involves a broad range of contacts both within and outside the establishment, emphasizing the importance of excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Balancing work between office hours, proactive off-site sales, and shifts on the floor
- Providing customer service through phone handling and responding to inquiries via email
- Conducting proactive sales with new B2B clients
- Enhancing the guest experience and hospitality during floor shifts
- Leading and overseeing the events of the day and operations
- Collaborating and coordinating with the operations team (General Manager, Restaurant Manager & Floor Managers)
ABOUT YOU
- Has experience in the restaurant industry
- Enjoys customer interaction and can build strong customer relationships
- Driven to provide excellent service and communicate with various personality types
- Possesses the right mix of drive, service-oriented behavior, team spirit, and a positive attitude
- Speaks and understands the Nordic languages as well as English
- Sales-oriented, relationship-building, and smiling
