SEASIDE IS LOOKING FOR A BAR MANAGER
As the Bar Manager at Seaside, your primary task is to ensure that guests always receive the best service at the bar, served with a smile. You have the overall responsibility for the bar's operations and ensuring a memorable experience for the guests. You lead the way in creating fun moments for both guests and colleagues. The position requires prior experience in personnel management within the hotel and restaurant industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily bar operations, handling guests and orders
- Time management and shift scheduling
- Communication with both guests and staff
- Responsibility for enhancing the guest experience
- Handling feedback from guests
- Motivating, guiding, and training staff
- Leading and overseeing the events of the day and evening
- Professional serving of food and beverages
- Providing guidance to guests on the concept and various drinks
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum age of 20
- Experience in personnel management
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Skilled in collaboration and managing multiple responsibilities
- Has a keen sense of service and attention to detail
- Thrives in a high-paced work environment
- Speaks and understands the Nordic languages as well as English
- Sales-oriented, sociable and smiling
