KLUB WERKSTATT is hiring bartenders
Are you passionate about electronic music? Do you have experience in managing dynamic bars and have successfully worked in fast-paced environments such as festivals, concerts, or clubs?
We are looking for talented bartenders to join our team and contribute with friendly service to all our guests in a safe space for both guests and our team.
Werkstatt is a prestigious venue with a capacity of 700 people hosting concerts, DJ-gigs, and everything vibrant and colorful. Werkstatt reaches its full potential on weekend nights when local and international DJs, bands and guests from all corners of the world bring the space to a roaming climax.
Werkstatt is an inclusive space – a place for everyone to have a great time and freely express themselves.
Main responsibilities
- Daily bar operations: handling requests and orders, ensuring high-quality service for all our guests
- Time management: organising work efficiently to handle busy periods more effectively
- Communication: effective and friendly communication with guests and staff to ensure a positive experience for all
- Feedback management: managing guest feedback to continuously improve the overall experience
- Professional beverage service: careful and professional preparation and service of drinks
Requirements
- Age: 23+
- Fluent English – other languages are an advantage
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Sensitivity to service and attention to detail
